File's to download first:
1.download zenfone root package.
2.now download the ADB drivers and install them.

zenfone 2 root steps:

• Unzip the root package that you downloaded.
• Now enable USB Debugging of your phone.(Settings - Phone info - Tap build 7x - Back button - Developer options - USB debugging)
• Ok so now attach your pone to pc via USB cable.(don't switch off your phone.)
• Now run 'root_zenfone.bat' file.
• Wait for the process to finish.

Enjoy Your zenfone is rooted now.
